Thankfully, the west side of Balboa Park, along Sixth Avenue, is open to walkers and runners. Just wanted to share some photos of my beautiful walk in the park over the weekend. It’s so great to be able to walk in the middle of the street on Balboa Drive without the worry of cars during the shutdown. I am looking forward to when the entire park reopens to be able to cross the Cabrillo Bridge and visit the many museums on Resident Free Tuesdays and stop by Panama 66 for dinner and live music. I’d also like to try a lawn bowling class offered by the San Diego Lawn Bowling Club. Feeling so blessed to live in San Diego and to be able to walk outside in the sunshine and fresh air year round.
